Membership Information

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Welcome to the PCW. This form is for use by schools who are:

  • Joining the Parents Council for the first time and wish to submit their membership information and/or pay their dues;
  • A current member school wishing to renew membership and/or pay dues; and
  • Any member school wishing to provide information updates at any time during the year.

If you are using the form to pay your school's membership fees, please indicate whether your school is a new member or renewing member. Then fill out all of the required information (indicated by a red dot) and as much other information that you have available. Proceed to the payment page and use your credit card or Paypal account to pay the dues. You can add additional information easily at a later date. If you simply wish to add or change any information regarding your school's profile, you can use this form any time. You will always need to complete the required information, but can send an update at any time and as often as necessary.

Information--excluding email addresses--may be posted on the Parents Council of Washington website. No email address will be published.
